Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information or failure to retrieve the package at time of delivery.
We are currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All beverage purchases are final sale.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery on our Contact Us page. Please include:
- Your full name & order number
- Photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photo of shipping box (if applicable)
Once received, our fulfillment team will review and provide a replacement as appropriate.
We are unable to process claims submitted after 7 days of delivery.
